Job Title: HR Documents Specialist (Chinese) Job Type: Contractor Location: Remote (Ideally based in the US) Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, review, and enhance a wide range of Human Resources documents, including employee handbooks, onboarding materials, policies, and procedure manuals in Chinese. • Create, format, and edit complex spreadsheets, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to meet project specifications. • Provide expert insights into HR workflows and documentation standards, ensuring accuracy and compliance with best practices. • Translate or localize HR content, maintaining clarity and nuance appropriate for Chinese-speaking professionals. • Collaborate with AI engineers and project managers to supply high-quality examples and feedback to improve model outputs. • Uphold high standards for written and verbal communication, ensuring precision and professionalism in all deliverables. • Leverage your Fortune 500 and HR experience to represent real-world scenarios and documentation use cases. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Native-level proficiency in Chinese; strong command of English written and verbal communication. • Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in Human Resources and HR documentation. • Demonstrated expertise generating and refining documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • In-depth understanding of HR processes, compliance, and industry-standard documentation. • Experience working within or creating content for Fortune 500 companies. • Bachelor’s degree or higher. • Highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications: • Based in the United States. • Prior HR documentation or consulting experience within the technology, finance, or multinational sectors. • Familiarity with AI training or large language model projects.
