Job Title: Senior Full Stack Engineer Job Type: Contractor Location: Remote Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, test, and maintain robust web applications using NodeJS, Typescript, Python, JavaScript, and JAVA - Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to define and deliver technical solutions - Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and maintainability - Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and provide mentorship to peers - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently - Contribute to both backend and frontend feature development, ensuring high-quality user experiences - Communicate complex technical concepts clearly in both written and verbal formats Required Skills and Qualifications: - 3+ years of proven experience as a Full-stack developer working with NodeJS, Typescript, Python, JavaScript, and JAVA - Expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed remote team - Solid understanding of software development best practices and Agile methodologies - Experience with version control systems such as Git Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) - Experience working with microservices and containerization technologies - Previous experience collaborating with global teams and stakeholders
