Access is not the problem

• Internet. Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, and most district cities have connections that meet the requirement. Reliability matters more than absolute speed.
• Payment. Wise, Payoneer, and direct bank transfer through a Freelancer Card or similar all work. USD lands and can be converted to BDT at market rates. Tax obligations are the individual's; consult an accountant for the freelance income category on your first return.
• Time zone. The work is asynchronous. Time-zone alignment is not required.
• Equipment. A laptop and a broadband connection.

What labs actually look for
